Need help with the theme error and website

Hi there,

This is Ash. This is my website: https://njnotarygroup.com
We have been using the XStore WordPress theme for my website for many months. Recently, my website was messed up when I tried to update the theme. I am not in touch with the developer who created my website, so I contacted the hosting company to check and fix the website. The hosting company restored the old backup of the website, but still they are not able to fix 2 issues below:

1. There is error: XStore Core plugin requires the following theme: XStore to be updated up to 9.1.2 version.
2. Website’s top menu is not visible on the website. I checked “Appearance >> Menu”, but no issue there, so it looks like something related to the theme.

My only hope is the XStore support team. I purchased the fresh theme again, but I don’t know how to update the theme.
Also, please check and guide me on how to fix these 2 issues. If you could fix it, I would be grateful as I have tried all options but could not fix it.

We have conducted a test of your site and have determined that the Theme and Core plugin are up-to-date with the latest version. Additionally, the Menu is displaying and functioning properly.
