    this is crazy. i cant even get the page to load on my phone, it is so extremely slow and even on my computer.

    I already have hummingbird pro for caching and such, so there should be no reason for this.

    Help me please.

    As i posted- i have already done all the necessary things to speed up my website, and it still can BARELY even load a page.. this is ridiculous. Also, as i see you didn’t read fully my request- i also have an issue on my website with your theme not doing right. i have been waiting days, and this is the only response you give me? you didnt even fully read or assess my problems, just gave me a generic response.

    Dear @cmtcav,

    To fix the first problem, add this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css:

    .et-looks-content .et-isotope-item .content-product.product-inview .banner-content {
        position: relative;
    }

    Please, provide us with temporary wp-admin access so we will be able to check what can be done to solve the problem with speed.
    Also, please check “Limit” settings of Products elements on the page. Try to set limit – 8 or 10.

    okay here is the account to go on and look at my website – hummingbird is the app i use for minification, etc please look and help me please. i cant do ANYTHING because pages wont load.

    specifically, problems with parsing javascript; i love the themes ive bought 2 licenses, but theyre slow and wont load.

    Please provide FTP access (FTP hostname, FTP username, FTP password) also.
    Also, in the console, we can see an error that relates to WP Live Chat Support plugin. Please temporarily disable the plugin, clear cache and check if speed of site changed.

    Hello,

    We’ve explored the problem and found out that you need to sort our settings of CND that you use https://prnt.sc/k1xrb0 https://prnt.sc/k1xblk https://prnt.sc/k1xbon (it is a bad practice to use a few CDN together). The same problems persist even with a default theme activated on your site.
    Also, we’ve temporary deactivated some plugins and activated them back, please do not enable this https://prnt.sc/k1xtzm in settings of Jetpack.
    In console, we can see this errors https://prnt.sc/k1xt87 that also independent of the theme, and this https://prnt.sc/k1y7rm
    I would recommend you to contact support of CDN.

    So thats all you can do for me?

    this (facebook) error is from the theme. I have not installed ANY facebook plugins. That error is directly from the theme itself. Also, i see many other websites using xStore and using the CDN’s that i use, and i have used them on other themes and NEVER had a problem until i started using xstore theme. Millions of people use these CDN’s and have no issues. Why should i?

    i dont need your help with optimization, ive been in web design for over 10 years, i know what im doing but the theme is bugged out and has many issues.

    note that it will break the badly coded wishlist plugin.
    im trying to resolve this problem too, my site was super slow before disabling admin-ajax.php from the front end. check the developer console performance of your site and see if its this thats slowing down your site. if it is disable it. the only thing that broke for me was the wishlist but my site is atleast minimum twice as fast

    actually trying to resolve this on another thread here too fyi
    also try disabling js minifying all together

    We are working on the improvement of theme and 5.0 version of XStore will have updated and improved code for many things, including js and DB requests, that will speed up site loading.

    Unfortunately, we can offer only general solutions for the 4.x version of XStore: cache plugin, image optimization, server optimization.

    yex, disabling of the admin-ajax.php also helps to reduce the loading time but you need to disable the wishlist and cart mini popup and number of items for both http://prntscr.com/k48pmb because they won’t work without refresh fragments.
