Need PSD files – broken download section

HI i am looking for the PSD on the “baby shop” theme. That is urgent but can you also fix the download section where the 9 PSD files are not downloadable. So please send me the baby shop PSD files asap

Hi Paul

In another post relating to psd’s, I saw support say this :

“Our managers will be available tomorrow to fix this asap“.

This means you’re probably looking at Monday, during normal business hours when the manager get’s onto it, rather than the weekend. Not everyone works throughout the weekend here in the UK. I noticed that your first post was the early hours on Saturday morning, so I wouldn’t be over expectant.

I’m also an 8Theme customer. Is there are a particular part of the artwork for the Baby demo that you need? I don’t have the psd, but who knows, I might be of some help. Most of what’s on there can be reproduced with Illustrator & Photoshop.

Hi, Thanks for getting back, I need the PSD to start making changes, I was going to choose the porto theme but seen they didn’t give PSD files so went with the 8theme baby shop as it states they give the PSD’s. I wanted to have my designers work on it Sat/Sun so that the changes could be made monday by the coders etc but it seems like technical support must be farmed off shore at the weekends and they have no access. If thats the case they could have told me straight away “Hi, unfortunately it will be Monday before I can send them files, i dont have access to them” So that is bad customer service just ignoring the question and you are right that on another question they said about Monday but never told me that.

Thank you for reaching out though but I really do need the PSD files to start doing the edits, so just looks like I got to wait until Monday and hope I get them then.
