    Hello, @greenative,

    1. Please go to Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Catalog and choose “Products Per Row” as “2”: https://postimg.cc/QKdgBMcf

    2. Then Please go to XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Shop Page Layout and choose “Products Per Row On Category Page” as “3”: https://postimg.cc/bd5S0LPy

Finally, publish it and check back your site after removing the browser cache, it will show the 2 columns on the Shop page with Categories and 3 columns on the Category page with Products.

    Thank you…. it worked..

Last thing, when I am in the subcategory, https://petitspieds.ch/habits-bebes/fille/ I get the filters but I can’t organize the filter as I ordered with the images, I get 6-12 month at the end because I thing they take 6 as bigger than “1”2 on twelve… is it possible to order the same as category are ?

    Hello, @greenative,

You can try with this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-post-order/ you have to install the plugin on your site and then simply drag and drop the attributes/categories to any position from the backend as per your requirements, It will impact on the frontend as well.

    Hello, @greenative,

The shop page is coming from the WooCommerce simply go to the Dashboard >> Pages >> All Pages and simple edit the shop page then check the title of this page, also please make sure that you have set the correct shop page from the WooCommerce >> Settings >> Products then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

OR once try to check it with the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme or not.

If your issue is not resolved then please share your site wp-admin URL and access with us in the private content area I will check and let you know the cause of the issue.

    Regards 8Themes Team.
