Need to change the link of the page for seo

need to change the link of the page for seo. i need to see the page name as the link but its showing product id. this will affect the seo optimisation. so pls change to the name of the page or product name.

2/ Product Permalinks settings are independent of the theme, and come from WooCommerce plugin, read more https://woocommerce.com/document/permalinks/#:~:text=The%20permalink%20settings%20for%20WooCommerce,the%20content%20they%20help%20categorize.
