Hello,

You need to contact your SEO specialist and create correct sitemap and robots.txt file, set up SEO plugin https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/196608/taxonomy-pages-stop-them-indexing-or-being-generated . Theme does not have a deal with the indexing of the navigation taxonomies.
