Hi Team,

I am unable to import dummy contents as like in the demo “https://xstore.8theme.com/” site, kindly help me to bring it as like your default demo (default) page.

Thanks for choosing our theme! Please, check the details about the demo import here, https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/demo-content/ and make sure you are doing everything right.

Make sure all the server requirements are ok and if all the plugins are fully installed.

As you suggest we are installed all the plugins which is required, And did as per the documentation, but still the menu items and products and all missing

Hello,

We excluded real images / products from demo content and replaced them by placeholders because many of our clients had the problems with demo content import because of the large size of import file and server settings. With placeholders it takes seconds to import demo content, with images – minutes or some of users, who had limits in server setting, get the error. As a rule, our customers have their own images and there is no any problem to replace placeholders by real images.

We’ve sent .csv file with products from the default demo version to your registration email. You can use it to import products on the site, go to Products > Import. Before the import, set desired settings for product images in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images – http://prntscr.com/no96eh

Your site under maintenance mode, previous credentials are incorrect, so I can’t check how it looks now. What exactly you can’t configure like on our demo? Please describe problems in more details and we will help you.
