Hi
I activated the “New” badge from the theme settings but it’s not displayed correctly, as you can see on screenshots. So for now I just changed the days limit to 0 so it doesn’t appear.
After that, I also tried with Yith badge management but still the same issue.

Hello Mario,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstore-badges-on-products/
The New Label takes into account the “last update or modification date” of the product. To change this, custom code can be added in the functions.php file of the child theme:
add_filter('product_new_label_on_date_created', '__return_true');

Hi Rose,
I already read the article.
The issue is about how it looks.

Mario 🙂
Dear @Mario :),
We hope this message finds you well.
We would like to inform you that the issue with the display of the “New” label was caused by the settings in your WP Rocket plugin. To resolve this, we have temporarily deactivated the following option: https://prnt.sc/xkc8XaAewvDJ. The “New” label is now displaying correctly. Kindly review and confirm.
Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
