Hi
Just noticed there is a new built-in wishlist showing in Xstore theme options under the woocommerce tab.
I currently have the Yith wishlist – can you confirm this new one, is that in replacement of the Yith one; as in can we delete Yith if we use the built in one?
Is there a guide on how to set-it all up etc?
Thanks
Hello,
Yes, there is no feature, just activate it via Theme options, and then you can disable the Yith wishlist plugin. All available settings are in Theme Options, it is simple to use. Just test it and let us know if any assistance is needed.

Hi
With the new wishlist, the page url is: /my-account/?et-wishlist-page
Can it not be the standard /my-page-name/ instead of linking into a new ‘my account’ page?
Love the ease of layout – managed to get it to sit alongside my ask a question button using a connection block in product customiser. Much better than Yith etc – so well done, kudos. 🙂
Hello,
The only way to have another URL is to create a new page and add [xstore_wishlist_page] shortcode into content, then select that page – https://gyazo.com/1e6396fa3f68c1f55ec172dcfc311028

Worked perfectly – thank you kindly – awesome. It’s much better than Yith lol 😉
So the popup – (ask an estimate) on the wishlist page, is this a case of creating a custom block and placing a contact form in there and then linking it that way?
Hello, @Niddy,
Yes, it is possible, I have captured a video for you on my test site. Please watch it completely and follow the steps shown in this video here : https://www.veed.io/view/5372742c-5cf2-444c-be91-a11a75809622?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

Awesome thanks!
So is there a way to echo the content of the wishlist into the contact form; as in normally we can capture the product or page by adding: [_url]
If not, then there is no real point to this feature as essentially you could add ten items to the wishlist and then ask for an estimate but it’ll be a blank contact form, it won’t embed the actual product ID’s within the email will it?
I will figure it out but just wondering beforehand, if there are plans to properly link this into a working contact form that captures the results of the saved wishlist – even like the social share option; that saves the wishlist – is there any special tag you can think of for CF7? i.e. the social share uses ?wid=
Thanks again
Hello,

This reply was clearly not meant for me as I literally only said thanks lol
I did, before you replied, start a new thread -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/transparent-header-issue-with-scrolling-header-going-white/#post-341030
Can close the topic as it has been dealt with.
We’ve created Built-in Wishlist mail-tag
[_wishlist_page_url]
It will be included in the next theme update.
https://prnt.sc/RNhbYi09VH-2
For logged in customer who sent ask estimate mail you will get next message:
https://prnt.sc/o0Thf7AK4fJ7 – by clicking the link you will see all wishlist products of that customer
For unlogged in customer who sent ask estimate mail you will get next message:
https://prnt.sc/6AajPWAqY6FV – by clicking the link you will see all wishlist products of that customer
Could you provide FTP access? We can upload a pre-released version on your site, so you will be able to test this new feature.
Regards
Hi
Has this been added to the update that was released yesterday? If not I’ll send FTP in next reply.
Also, will the shortcode ( [_wishlist_page_url] ) work properly in my custom email embedded in href? i.e. <a href="[_wishlist_page_url]" >View Wishlist</a>
Thanks.
Ahh – just tested and set this all up – works perfect!
Nice job – well done. Thanks for your help.
Can close this topic now 🙂
Thanks for the reply!
