I have a request for a future update which would be really great for your customers, and not many themes have this functionality! And it seems it would be straight forward to achieve:
1. If a user adds only digital/downloadable products to the cart, then remove quantity (as long as they have selected ‘Item sold individually’ from product settings page), from the CART page:

2. Have the above option selectable by the user from the theme options page:
