New footer block not showing when I follow

HI, I have created a new footer using the instructions as a block but it does not show up on my site. I am still seeing the old footer as well as in the xstore builders . Am I doing something wrong? I

thank you for your reply that is exactly what I followed the instructions on the video but when I choose under static blocks the block that I created for footer stills shows the old one. I will look at the video again to see if I miss anything.

I have verified and double checked, and I have created a new blocked and added to the Footer column 1 and still does not show up. I might be missing something, but I am not sure. Again, thank you for your promptly response.

I just wanted to give an update . I am recreating the footer not using blocks, I just inserted the footer using the xstore Studio
