    I have bought a new license of theme…but I can’t find where update purchase code 🙁

    Hello again…Yes, It`s done… but still something is wrong in our website:
    Don’t works:
    .- Media Library
    .- Wp bakery Builder
    .- Theme Options
    I thought it was a licensing problem for the theme 🙁

    Hello,

    Nope, we don’t think so. Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site, please. Maybe you just need to update theme and plugins to the latest versions to make them work.

    Uploading to media library works fine https://gyazo.com/f109a08000151e33a03b3a0ae729770a
    So, could you tell me in more detail what exactly is wrong? Provide screenshots or video. Did you try to open your site from another PC or browser?

    Oh….you’re right…It works in other PC. But….why?
    It’s the first time that happens to me…And It works in the same PC but with another browser
    🙁

    Hello,

    Try to clear the browser cache. If it does not help then check the list of browser extensions that may cause the problem, disable them one by one.
