hello regarding the ticket closed yesterday:

    https://www.8theme.com/topic/problem-with-xstore-and-php-8-3-compatibility/#post-422865

I thought everything was solved but I noticed that from mobile the site does not work as it should.
If I open any product page I do not see it as it should and each product page reports a wordpress error.
I attach screenshots of a product page with php 7.4 and the one with errors with php 8.3 activated.
Even the backend doesn’t work. it doesn’t open the hamburger icon in the wordpress menu.
Can you inspect and solve this new problem?
All login credentials (wp and s ftp) are in the closed ticket . Thanks

    Hello, gabrielet,

We would like to inform you that the login issue you are experiencing is related to the new version of WordPress, specifically due to the compatibility of some installed plugins with this version. You can find more details in the attached files.

We recommend temporarily disabling these plugins or downgrading your WordPress version until the plugins release updates that are compatible with the new version of WordPress.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Thanks for the reply but, after deleting, not only the plugins that you reported as incompatible, I deactivated and deleted all the plugins of the site except: Elementor, Elementor Pro, Wooocommerse and Xstore Core. As a theme, I obviously left Xstore.

The problem is still there, nothing has changed.

    I attach a screenshot.

Please let me have a quick response because the client is not working, imagine the consequences.

    Hello, gabrielet,

We have resolved the issue you were experiencing. One of the causes was related to modifications in the child theme. You can find more details in the private content section.

We have removed these functions. Kindly check and confirm if everything is now working as expected.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Hi, we have done the rollback to wordpress version 6.6.2 without delete any plugin, and now it seems to work with php 8.3. But we lost the right sidebar in the single product page. When it will be ready the new xstore version suitable with wordpress 6.7.0 and woocommerce 9.4.1 ? Please don’t close this ticket because I will check all the site options and functionality in 24 hours. In the meantime If you can recover the sidebar we lost (that it’s desappeared when we switched to 8.3 php version), please inform me. Thanks a lot

I am unable to provide an exact date for the update at this time. However, we are currently working on it and hope to release the update no later than next week.

    Best regards,
