Hi,
I’ve enabled the ‘new’ product option in the theme options but when I try to apply it to a product in the custom settings the change is not saved.
Is this a known bug?

You’re using old theme, woocommerce and plugins versions. Please update all and check issue.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/idstore/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

Please ask your hosting provider support to increase the value of “PHP Max Input Vars” function to 5000. After that try to enable the option.

Just run through the plug-ins on the site and there was a plug-in called WP Control that was not letting me save the option.
I’ve now disabled this and the feature is working.
