NEW SETUP. Can not remove Age Gate from theme.

Hi,
Started up a new site and used the HEMP/CBD template as a starting layout.
I can not get the Age Gate to stop showing. I have disabled it in the Theme panel and it is still displaying.

Site is on a dev server. Temp access has been submitted.

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Actually, The age popup was set in the “Newsletter” widget from the header builder on your site see the image: https://postimg.cc/MMJnKmrd I just remove that “Newsletter” widget from the header builder, and your issue is resolved please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
