New short code field does not working - by Sam

Dear team,

I created a new field as shown in screen shot below:

Unfortunately, the table code [product_table id=”5863″] is not saved.

I also added a Short code field in the product tamplate with the aim of displaying the short code value entered above, but it also did not accept showing the short code value as shown in the second screen shot:

Note that I tried it on the Twenty Twenty theme and it worked.
