Good day 8theme support,
All of a sudden our site is not sending correctly formatted emails, where there is a new customer that registers with the site.
Also, the reset password email has lost it’s custom formatting also.
This occurred prior to my previous post on the theme breaking the layout of the site.
It would be good to be able to attach images to our posts to help explain the problem for you.
Can you please assist.

Thank you for your response, but I have to say I’m a little unsatisfied with it.
Being in web development I am very aware of these services. However, your emails are ‘no-reply’ so therefore for your advise to be effective, I would require an email address to share my drop box folder with.
Can you please supply one so I can share the folder?

I have been using 8theme for over a year now, and prior to 8Theme changing to this new forum support model, we were able to email responses directly with the support staff – which from our end (the customer) seemed more effective.

To change design of registration message you need edit the file wp-content/themes/royal/framework/theme-functions.php (lines 1524-1538).
