We have purchased 2 licenses from you for Royal theme and we are planning to purchase 12 more licenses. The theme is very beautiful but unfortunately using the theme depends on using visual composer plugin. We upgraded the visual composer. We even paid $28 and purchased a new visual composer (which was obviously not needed) considering the fact that you have an extended license with visual composer plugin.
Unfortunately the new upgraded theme does not work with the latest version of visual composer. Whenever the plugin is activated we are unable to see the website on view mode. When we deactivate the plugin the website appears. It is impossible to update the website without this plugin which is truly the weakness of Royal theme.
Please let us know how can we solve the problem. We spend many many hours on this today.
Thank you for your help in advance
Hello,
Very likely that file_get_contents() function is disabled in the server configuration. It caused problems with default import. Please ask your hosting provider to check it.
Thank you.

No, file_get_contents() function is not disabled and the website was functioning right before the update.
Asked a professional on the web hosting company to look into this in detail…. Just for your record, our website is a very small website and nothing special in it. This is the feedback that I got.
“For some reason the theme is using a huge amount of memory. . We have also increased the memory limit for your account however the website is still loading blank page. It seems that the application is exceeding the memory on the server. I have monitored it and while loading the website there was no free memory left on the server and I have to add that you have quite a bit of memory considering your simple contents.
Please contact the theme developers if they can reduce the consumed memory from your theme and check the case. This is certainly very bizarre.
