Newsletter Popup keeps popping up on every click. How can it be timed? like how can it be set to pop up maybe once or twice for every user ? It is popping up alot and it is frustrating.

– Access the ‘XStore’ menu, then navigate to ‘Theme Settings’ > ‘Header Builder’ > ‘Newsletter’.
– Within the ‘Action Mode’ section, please select ‘Delay’ to set the primary action for displaying your newsletter popup.
– Adjust the ‘Delay (Ms)’ setting to establish the desired time delay, in milliseconds, before the popup is displayed. This adjustment will aid in managing the popup’s appearance frequency.

2) Popup Frequency Adjustment:
Regrettably, the theme does not offer a direct option to restrict the popup’s display to a specific number of times per user. Nonetheless, the ‘Delay (Ms)’ feature previously mentioned can be employed to regulate the interval between popups, thereby enhancing the overall user experience.

I can not find the Action Mode here. i saw the screenshot you shared on how to go about it and i can not find the “action mode” Check private content for image link

1/ We suggest switching to the XStore Parent theme if you are currently using the XStore Child Theme on your site (Appearance > Themes). After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your Child Theme. Let us know the result.
2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

I want to edit the “Spend $3,571.50 to get free shipping” at the bottom right corner of the cart. Please check attached image
