    Hello!

The newsletter popup does not show the images in mobile version. The blank box appears.

I tested it with slides and with a background image in the container.

    Attached captures in private area.

    Dear @LVRB Love’s Rebel,

We kindly suggest trying to disable the lazy loading feature for the background image in Elementor. You can refer to the following screenshot for guidance: [https://prnt.sc/aeuDLakGKBG_](https://prnt.sc/aeuDLakGKBG_).

We hope this resolves the issue. Should you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

What is the route to get to that button and deactivate it?

The problem remains the same by disabling lazy loading in the mobile version. That’s not the problem of the image not loading.

    Dear Love’s Rebel Team,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have noticed a change in the newsletter popup on your website. Upon reviewing the new popup, we observed that the image element is hidden on mobile screen sizes, as shown in the following screenshot: [https://prnt.sc/A9SW8pNwiQJJ](https://prnt.sc/A9SW8pNwiQJJ).

Could you kindly confirm if this change was intentional?

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

Yes, the change was on purpose since the photos for the popup did not work.

The test popup with images is a static block called POPUP PRUEBA IMAGEN.

I leave you in the private area the access, the name of the block and a reference image of how I want the popup to look in the mobile version.
