Hi
As per your demo: https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/
When you click the Newsletter link in Top Bar, you get a nice newsletter popup.
I am trying to recreate this.
I am using a static block and have previewed the newsletter static block in a separate window and it looks fine.
I assigned the static block in theme options to this link via shortcode [block id=”xxx”]
But when I click on Newsletter link in top bar, nothing appears. Its blank.

My screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/8VILHWdreP6Z
Preview of static block: http://screencast.com/t/rooju8dD0Z
Any ideas?
In fact I have also noticed that none of the static blocks are loading on the frontend?
They work fine in the previews.
I don’t have any caching plugin installed.
Hello,
Could you, please, provide me temporary admin panel access? I need to check your settings to find out what could be the reason of your issue.

Hi
I have put login details in private window below.
Thanks
Hello,
Have you sorted out? Because I checked your site and see popup http://prntscr.com/csdwl0
The only problem moment I see is style. To get styles as on our demo use et-mailchimp class http://prntscr.com/csdx64

Hi
I didn’t do anything. I presume you did something to make it appear?
I started to style it, but when adding the mailchimp form via shortcode in the static block, it was appearing perfectly fine – in the center. But then all of a sudden later on in the day, it all moved to the left, and I didnt do anything. Did you update any styling options anywhere?
I also added the class “et-mailchimp” around the form and it still didnt do anything:

But checking inspect element around the form after, I couldn’t see any css for this class??

Can you take another look please. I really need my mailchimp form to be centered.
Thanks
Hello,
First of all, you need to edit not promo popup content to add that class but your mailchimp form content http://prntscr.com/csh7v4
We added styles for inputs http://prntscr.com/csh91j

Thank you – I realised the problem. I was using a different plugin to add mailchimp form (Yikes Mailchimp Forms), not the official mailchimp plugin to add this form.
So I did that now and can see the style the same as per the demo.
Thanks!
Hello,
Great. You are welcome.
