Newsletter – popup "on mouse out"

Hello,

I have a popup on a client’s site and is set to “on mouse out”. Even when the email is submited the popup comes showing up (when i’m loged in and as a guest). Is this normal ?

I don’t want the popup to show when the user already submited their email. Othervise i’ll just set it to “delay”.

Ok, i’ve set the newsletter to “delay”.

No… i thought i solved the problem. It’s the same problem when i set the option to “delay”. It still pops out every time i visit another subpage – it’s really annoying.

Is this connected to GDPR plugin (cookies) as i have disable it ?

Hello,

Newsletter popup uses the browser cookies to remember the close action and hide popup for the next visiting. If you clear the cookies or set the browser option to off for the “save cookies” then you will get the newsletter popup every time you visit the page.
