Hello,

I have a popup in my website and I have a couple of questions:

1 – I have made a static block with an image and when you click it, it redirects to a post. I have it configured so that when you click X to close the popup, it doesn’t appear again. However, when you click it and go to the post, the popup appears again. I guess it happens because I have not clicked X, I have clicked the image, but it shouldn’t show again… Is it possible to not show it again?

2 – Is the only way to add a popup to the webpage to add it in the header section? If I just want to show the popup in the home page or a specific page is it not possible?

Hello,

1) Make sure that “close forever” option is enabled in the Newsletter settings http://prntscr.com/w802wc

2) At this moment – yes. We don’t have special popup element for the page content. So, if you want to implement this you need to look for third-party plugin.

Hello,

1) Oh, see. I thought that popup appears again once you click the X button, but it appears only if you click the popup content link. I’m afraid that there is no option to close the popup if you click just on the popup content.

2) I see that you use the WPBakery as the main page builder. In this case, you can try the Massive Addons element to add the promo popup to page content https://massive.mpcthemes.net/modal-box/
