The problem may arise when too many plugins are activated on your website and the server is unable to handle the import in such a case.
Please provide wp-admin access, we will try to do the import for you.
Do you prefer WPBakery or Elementor?
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

There are 2 static blocks. Can you remove these? How is it removed?
