No block editor in the sitebar single shop

There are no blocks in the control panel indicated by the red arrow. Screen
1. Where to set up blocks 1?
2. Where to remove block 1. But do you need block 2 to remain?

I know. There you can move down block 1. And I need to completely remove block 1. But I need to leave block 2. See the screen https://yadi.sk/d/EptC8Tznlk7gJw. And also see the screen in the previous post

As was mentioned, to remove this block https://prnt.sc/ubbwk0 you need to delete upsells product items from product settings – https://prnt.sc/uavqbv
This block https://prnt.sc/ubbxjg is a static block https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/wpbakery-page-builder/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/widgets-custom-widget-areas/ , that is placed in Appearance > Widgets > Single product page Sidebar.
