Hello,
I was wondering how to get the checkout button to appear on my checkout page. It is not there?
Also, how complicated is it to switch carts from wpecommerce to woocommerce while still keeping the Blanco theme? I was just wondering.
sincerely,
LM
Hello,
To switch from WP E-commerce to Woocommerce plugin please refer to this article http://litextension.com/blog/how-to-migrate-data-from-wpec-to-woocommerce/ .
Also you can try to use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/cart2cart-wp-e-commerce-to-woocommerce-migration/
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting migration process!
Try to disable 3rd-party plugins and check the “Checkout” button after that.

Thank you for the advice. If i switch the cart to woocommerce will I have to repurchase the woocommerce blanco theme? I am planning to use cart2cart. What additional things do I need to purchase
Hello,
No, you don’t have to buy Blanco theme again.
You should refer to “cart2cart” support to get more information about it.

Hello,
I have disabled all of the plugins and to no avail. I have upgraded my disk quota. I have updated all plugins and disabled ones no longer in use. I still do not have the checkout button. I have contacted gold cart and they have mentioned that it is theme related. I would be so grateful if there was a way to get my checkout button back on my checkout page.
sincere regards,
LM
Hello,
As I see you’re still using WP E-Commerce plugin. Have you changed your mind to switch to Woocommerce?
If so please check with default WordPress theme (Twenty Fifteen) if “Checkout” button is shown there.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Hello Jack,
In the end I am not going to switch to woo commerce. The client would like to keep wpecommerce.
Is there a way you can help to bring back that cart button 🙂 ?
Sincerely,
Lisa-Marie
Hello,
The same issue persists with default WordPress theme too, so it’s not related to our theme.
You have to contact WP E-commerce support team regarding this problem.
Thank you for understanding.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Hello,
thank you so much for investigating this. Wee commerce has gotten back to me and these were their findings. (see private content) I am not sure I understand the totality of the email but wanted to let you know. Is there anything that needs to be done. Where it says “Calculate shipping” page on my checkout page, there is a field to enter country and province – there used to be a postal code field but it is not there”
warm regards,
LM
Hello,
As I see “Purchase” button is shown now:

Have you found a solution?

Hello,
The Gold Cart team has added css, however the calculate shipping section still does not work but I am going to try to contact my shipper plugin developers. Is it possible that the Blanco theme could be updated to be 100% compatible with WP E Commerce. What are your thoughts on their findings I wrote in the private content above?
Sincere regards,
Lisa-Marie
