No filters after changing the "Show" option

Hi,
I noticed a bug, when I am at shop page.
If I select a filter or more and then go to change the “Show” option, from 12 to 24 for example, the page is refreshed, with no filters selected.
Can you help?

Could you, please, update theme and XStore core plugin to the latest versions and then check again?

This site is mostly custom, so many things may break if I update the plugin.
Could there be another solution?

Hello,

Point is that this option had improvements in one of the latest versions (7.x), so we need to know if the issue is still there after the update. If you don’t want to risk you can create a staging site (full copy of the production one) and update the theme and core plugin there. Check if you have the same problem after that and reply back.

Hi again,

Thanks for your replies. Can I give you access to the website and fix the bug? WITHOUT updating the theme. We ‘ve done many changes so we can’t afford broken thing around the website. We need to fix this bug without updating the theme. Can you do it?

Hello,

Unfortunately, we can’t fix the bug without a theme update, we need to be sure that all the code is up to date.
Let’s try the update with the staging site.
