Hello,
My footer does not appear on tablets.
It works fine on mobiles, and it shows on the previews on pcs, but on actual tablets it does not show anything but a bar.

Hello, Sxp666,
Please try to disable “Static Blocks Cache” in Theme Options > Speed Optimization, then clear CDN cache and check the result.
Kind Regards,

Hi Rose,
I just did, but it didn’t work.
Hello, Sxp666,
What exactly device and browser are you using?
Is the issue only visible when viewing the site as an unlogged-in user?
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hi Rose,
I checked on a samsung galaxy tab s6, tabb s5e, tab a using chrome.
On all of them as an unlogged-in user.
Hello, Sxp666,
Please check if the issue persists for logged user.
If all is fine when you are logged in as an administrator, this means that the problem is caused by the cache. We can see that you are using a CDN. To solve the problem, try to clear the cache or even temporarily disable it.
Kind Regards,

Hey Rose, sorry for the delayed response.
Yes, the issue persists as a logged in admin
Hello, Sxp666,
Thank you for the reply.
We can’t log in to your site. Please check and provide new credentials.
Theme options > Footer > Footer layout > make sure that “Footer Widgets Toggle On Mobile” is OFF. Then clear the cache and check the result on a tablet.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
