No home page from Bicycle demo import - by Hadrons

I hade several problems importing this demo. first the demo was almosto correcly imported but the header not working.
then i have disinstalled and deleted all previous pages and themes we had installed, demo reloaded and then header correctly shown, however now the home page give a 404 page not found. i have tried to disinstall and reinstall the entire xstore plugin, now updated to latest version. but problem persist. i also have tried to follow instructions to import demo xml file from the xstore import tool but it doesnt work.
any possible solution?

Thanks for contacting us.
If you want to run the fresh WordPress installation you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch. It is recommended to disable the theme https://prnt.sc/unle03 before the reset.
Provide us with temporary wp-admin access, so we can assist you with the demo content import. Do you want to use Elementor or WPBakery?

ok restart from scratch is an option we can perform, we basically just would like to keep most of created pages categories etc. products are just a few and we can recreate in case
we use elementor

Also, I would recommend you disable unrequired plugins, because every plugin slows down the site a bit.

Hi yes, this is what i have done, and the slider is working, but we have not access to libraries etc. is that correct? should i have to buy an our own license to access the libraries?
