No reaction of customization of my website

Hi,

I have installed the theme but I cannot customize the setting of my website (e.g. Header builder )
I want to upload new logo of the page or try to change the default settings but no reaction.

Please advice.

Hello,

However, I couldn’t edit via the Elementor. It always kept on loading the page, please advice.

This analysis suggests that the difficulties you are experiencing are likely due to your server configuration, rather than an issue with our XStore Theme. It is possible that certain URLs may need to be whitelisted on your server, which currently prevent Elementor scripts from loading properly.
