No results for all request in filters research 8theme and yith help

hello sir ,

i had an issue with the theme , all request in search filters ( widget filters) can’t show results , even 8theme and Yith plugin , only filter by price works .

Could tell me why , the 8theme widget filters never worked since i bought the theme , only prices and category worked .

once i want to filter attributes , there is no results while apply filters.

Hello,

1/ Download search.php file from this page – https://we.tl/t-2TCPWQTaKO
Upload it via FTP into et-core-plugin/app/models/widgets folder
2/ Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
Let us know results.
Also, set the administrator role for the user.

hello ,

i did all your instructions, but its the same issue , even i use only 8theme filters for attributes , its is not fixed.

i tried YITH filters , it shows brand , size color , etc … but in the two case, same issue.

the filter request does not work…
