No shipping options were found for - by maia

    Hello, after update i am getting this message “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help. ” before update it worked properly

    i turned on debug mode and it shows this message “Customer matched zone “Locations not covered by your other zones” (https://prnt.sc/240bcsx)

    i searched some information about it, i setted weight and dimensions for product, i don’t use any third party plugins, i going to sell good for one specific country with two shipping methods, i had this setting before and it worked well, please help (

    Hello,

    I suppose that this error is related to WooCommerce update that you made. Go to Shipping options and make sure that you created Shipping zones correctly according to WooCommerce docs https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/
    Or contact WooCommerce support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
