Greetings, my website is no showing responsive, I can’t find an answer to this sinc all configuratión in theme is OK

I had deactivated the plugings and still not showing.

for this information.

Please provide screenshots of the problem, because on first sight the responsive works fine on your site.
Clear all cache before checking.
