No Thumbnails in Widgets & Translation in German ist complete

I have two problems:

1. In the Widgets like Recent Posts, Sale Products, etc. there are no Thumbnails shown on the website, only text.
2. The Translation into German isn´t complete. There is a lot of text in english like wishlist, cart, etc.

Hello,

1. Please provide us with the link where you use one of those widgets and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.
2. Please provide us with the links where the text isn’t translated and we’ll guide you what files to edit to translate it.

The sizes of the images was to Big. Now it works.
