    Hello,

I’ve noticed a strange problem. On single product page builder (elementor) i have a module “Related products”. The slider works (5 products in a row), it displays the products, but it does not show any other products outside of the five (i’ve set products limit to 12) and the arrows on the bottom also don’t work.

Please take a look, – credentials in private.

    Thank you,

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, TheOne,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We kindly request that you verify the functionality by disabling the new builder https://prnt.sc/4RYWDkvZMpky and reverting to the default layout. Additionally, please provide us with the URL of a product that contains more than five related products, as well as temporary FTP access credentials.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello @TheOne,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

We are experiencing a 500 server error(https://prnt.sc/a-yt0yNb9fXU) when attempting to change the number of products displayed on your website. We’ve already taken by increasing the WP Memory Limit to 512MB(https://prnt.sc/q1XdUkQaxQlH), and it didn’t helps also.

To address this problem, we recommend the following actions:

    1. Test for Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate all plugins except for the ones directly related to the functionality of changing the product number. If the issue resolves, reactivate each plugin one by one to identify the culprit. Remember to clear your cache after each activation to ensure you’re seeing the most recent changes.

    2. Contact Your Hosting Provider: If the plugin test does not resolve the issue, the next step is to get in touch with your hosting provider. Inform them about the 500 error you are encountering. They should be able to check the server logs and identify any underlying issues that might be causing the error.

Please proceed with these steps and let us know the outcome. We are here to assist you further if needed.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
