Hi,
I’ve just noticed some of our non-sale items have the “sale” icon on the shop page and the single product page. I tried disabling the “sale” icon and then icons won’t show up but the original prices of those non-sale items are still crossed out. Could you please let me know what might be causing this problem?
Please see private content below for my account details.
Thanks,
Sophie
Hi Rose,
The problem is still not solved, if you go to shop > handbags and with default sorting, the first handbag on the page is not on sale but still has the sale badge (also the first handbag of second row and all of third row etc).
Thanks,
Sophie
Hello,
I’ve checked https://your_site/product-category/handbags/ page and didn’t see the problem http://prnt.sc/f6zvln

Hi Rose,
If you change the currency to any of the other ones except US dollar, then I think you’ll be able to see some products having this sale badge on them even though they’re not on sale (for some reason the wrong sale badges are not shown when currency is set to USD). Do you think it might be some problem with the currency switcher plugin? If it is, our website needs the currency switcher plugin, so is there a way to resolve this without having to disable the plugin?
Thanks,
Sophie
Hello,
I’ve checked your site and saw the same situation with official WooCommerce theme – Storefront. We’ll be able to help you only in case problem appears with our theme only and works fine with official WC theme.
You need contact Woocommerce support or plugin authors for the solution.
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
