Hi there, we are using “Woocommerce product bundles plugin” as a way to offer non-variable product bundles. There doesn’t seem to be an option to display “add to cart” elements for these products in the grid. (The add to crt buttons on mouseover and within the product page are visible and clickable). Thanks!
Hello, Parhelion,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
Please provide URL of page with these products and screenshots for a better understanding of your request.
Use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/ to upload ready photos there and provide us with URLs.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Thank you for your prompt reply. Our developer fixed the problem. I understand you can’t cover all plugins. However, I’d urge you to consider adding this to core functionality, as this is an official plugin from Woocommerce https://woo.com/products/product-bundles/
Thanks!
Hello, Parhelion,
We appreciate your response.
Could you describe the problem in more detail with screenshots and share the solution your developer found?
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hi! Our developer says: “I added the code for it in the woocommerce/content-product.php file. Bundles weren’t present in the array which display add to cart elements”.
Screenshots in wetransfer link.
Hello, Parhelion,
We appreciate your prompt response.
Please provide access (temporary wp-admin and FTP) and we will review the code that has been added. Alternatively, you can send a screenshot of the modified code in that file.
The images you have sent are before and after (on the frontend), but this does not reflect the solution in the code.
Please note that if your developer made changes in the parent theme, they will disappear after the update.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
