Each time I try to attach photo to a page, it will not insert.

My web company said there is an issue with the theme itself not something they can fix with wordpress, they have given the following, please help us with this!

*panel.js in the theme is throwing JS console errors when even just trying to open that pop up display
*looks like the source of the problem is coming from “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘call’ of undefined(anonymous function) @ panels.js:1356”

    Hello,

    HTTP authorization is incorrect.
    Please check the credentials.

Please clarify – are you trying to add photo using Visual Composer element or via default WordPress Media option?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

Please find the correct auth in the private content.

Couple of examples of items we have been seeing.

Example, we are trying to add images via visual composer to Masonry Media Grids to this page http://dalene.wp.websolutionsbeta.com/our-services/about-us-2/ below the main video. You can select the image you wish to add, when you click save you get a spinning pinwheel and the save is not completed.

Also on this page http://dalene.wp.websolutionsbeta.com/about-us/ in the What to Expect section, this is set up to have 3 columns, (2 columns of text with an image in the center) but is presenting stacked and the image is displaying larger than when the page was set up.

Happy to help with additional questions

    Thanks

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

You need update all required plugins (Visual Composer, Revolution Slider) and the theme.
    Plugins can be downloaded here:
    https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Thank you for your help, have updated the required plug-ins. Though most issues are resolved am still not able to add an image from the media library to this page http://dalene.wp.websolutionsbeta.com/about-us/, trying to add an image to the right of the Style. Elegance. Function. blurb. I can find and select an image, but when I try to save this CMS just spins.

Any help you can provide will be appreciated. Thank you

Actually appears to have been a caching issue, we should be all set.

    Thank you
