Not able to bypass maintenance mode after migration from staging site

Hello
We activate the maintenance mode, and now we are not able to bypass the maintenance mode
We have the key bypass_maintance but it is not working
please help

You have the Maintenance settings incorrectly configured.
Please, check the private area.

Also, you may check the latest feature release in WooCommerce plugin update -> https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/coming-soon-mode/
