Not able to change BG or Border color - by megabite

Hi,

For several of my pages i am not able to change BG or Border color anywhere – rows, sections, nothing. It just shows a white field that is not clickable. This is for the pages where i have the massive addon for visual composer.

Please make sure that you use latest versions of Visual Composer and Massive Addons for Visual Composer plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

I updated to the latest Massive addon and it seems to be working – however, when i manually update the plugin like this i loose all my saved presets. Which is not ideal at all. If i make a bunch of presets for my pages and need to manually update this plugin like this it means i loose my presets every time? Why don´t these plugins get updated with the theme updates and tested to make sure it all works? We have several clients with this theme, i cant go around and manually test and install plugins after every theme update. If this issue is not resolved somehow we will have to switch to a different theme for all our future projects.

It is strange because of presets are saved in DB and you shouldn’t lose it after the plugin update. Also, we do not have this problem on our test site, so please your presets check one more time.
In your case, I would recommend you contact the plugin author and ask about such problem.
