Not able to edit checkout items, Sticky PLACE ORDER button

Hello team,
I am not able to edit items on checkout page like adding a section for LANDMARK or changing the name of any field or rearranging the position of any field. Please help me to do so. and one more thing PLACE ORDER button si showing as sticky on mobile phone but I want to use it freely as it gets hide when fake sales notification pops up then it creats problem to click PLACE ORDER button and I didn’t found any option to place this sales notification to the upper side of website. So please help me in this.

Sticky button problem is not solving i tried with on and again with off option of that but still not working.

Sticky PLACE ORDER button issue has been resolved but what about that Checkout item modification, wouldn’t be I able to edit it anymore if using xstore theme ?
