Not able to install demo theme spices with demo theme(spices)

When trying to install the spices theme, im getting an error and im not able to install the demo theme, i have the biggest hosting that is sold with my provider, so i dont think thats the error.
it is also asking to install a plugin that is not available on the internet.
I want to be able to install this demo theme, please help me.
I attached all the screenshot with the error provided.

1/ Please Check System Requirements:

Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here:

We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.0, 8.1 or 8.2

For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.

2/ Please disable all (3rd) third-party plugins including (cache & Optimizer plugins), except required plugins on your site, and then import the demo on your site again.

3/ Should you wish to perform the import process independently, please ensure to remove the previously imported demo content https://prnt.sc/OhdZLlrEFq5g before importing the desired version.

Do not import a few versions altogether, it will create a mess.
