Not able to see the preview of the pages when clicked on "Appearance>customize"

    https://prnt.sc/rpmofm – Check the screenshot – as not able to see the pages to edit when clicked Appearance > Customize

    Any thing that needs to be customized cannot be done as we cannot see the preview of the page so cannot edit any page.

    Please help how to fix.

    https://prnt.sc/rpn3p5 – check this screenshot in which it says “Need higher level permissions” I am not able to understand why this error comes as yesterday it was not showing this type of messages.

    I was able to see the page and edit the content.

    Hello,

    Did you use or install any third-party plugins? Try to disable them and check if it helps. If not then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to check in more detail.

    had installed

    YITH WooCommerce Wishlist
    WP-Members
    Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce
    extra other then those directly installed with theme but after deactivation nothing happened. Please check and advice what to do next.

    So,

    with all plugins activated there is no problem with the customizer then what could be the possible issue. Any idea you can suggest so that the work can be carried out smoothly as facing the same issue after I received your response.

    :ogged out and then opened Incognito Tab of chrome

    Logged In the Customizer Opened

    I was trying to find option to replace one of the image (Red Boxed in screen shot) on Single product page but failed to find any option. Earlier tried from Products >all products > then opened many of the single products as all of them has this common image

    Then though that Customizer could help if that opened but I failed to do after customizer opened.
    So, please help

    Check this screen Shot https://prnt.sc/rrg738 in which the boxed region image is small

    Though same area in this screen shot https://prnt.sc/rrg98q has bigger image and Text aligned is OK and fine.

    How do we correct the in first screen shot and make it like the second one.

    Go to edit both products > Short description > Text tab and compare content structure there.

    I did that
    In fact I copied the content and pasted on the small image short description box from the bigger image short description box but the same result.

    So, message you guys as you are experienced developers and you can suggest better solutions.

    Thank you for your response on previous queries.

    I registered one user my self and checked the Forgot password option but did not receive any reset password mail/current password on the registered mail ID.

    Can we reduce the fields of BILLING DETAILS on the checkout page.

    I installed WP Members plugin to INCREASE or DECREASE the fields on the Register Page but when the account is created we cannot see the additional data taken when USER is logged in with the user name and password though in ADMIN under Users>All Users>Selected the user then User Data has “WP-Members Additional Fields” which shows the additional filed data taken but not seen when user logs-in and checks in his My Account Page.

    Hello,

    1) Do you get other emails like new order etc from your site to that email?

    2) We are not responsible for third-party plugins that you use. Our theme does not have special options to manage the billing details. If you use the third-party plugin to implement this contact plugin author to get the answer to all your questions related to plugin functions. Theme support is able to answer only to questions related strictly to theme setting/bugs.

    1) Yes got the RESET password mail but after long time and not immediately.

    2) As far as the third party Plugin is concerned I can understand the support will not be given by 8-theme but Checkout page is the 8theme page and I would request you to help on that part. On Checkout page please help if we can increase or decrease the fields and accordingly the profile is seen in My Account section of the registered user.

    Hello,

    1) Sorry but the time of email sending is not related to theme. Contact your hosting provider about mail settings etc.

    2) The checkout, cart, my account, shop pages are the WooCommerce plugin default pages, not our theme pages https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/
    We are not developers of the WooCommerce plugin, we are developers of theme and can help you with theme settings only. So, please, contact author of the plugin that you use to add/remove additional fields or at least WooCommerce support. They should be able to help you.

    Dear Team,

    Thank you for helping me on previous occasions.

    I would like to know how we are Add and Remove the “HOT PRODUCTS” section as well as “NEW PRODUCTS” section on the HOME Page as well as on the “SHOP Page”

    Few of the products don’t have Reviews and Rating as well as Few products options to select different weights. Check the screen shot https://prnt.sc/s95x95
    If we can add star rating to that particular product then we can bring to majority of product scenarios – How can we do star Rating directly from ADMIN.
    If we remove those products (Mainly CTC Tea) from SHOP page which has “Weight Options” then entire page will be symmetrical and will look good.
    Your valuable response will be appreciated. I tried to do but failed then I am writing after long time.

    Edit page > open settings of Products element > change settings of Products Date tab to show specific products.

    Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop elements > Variation swatches > Swatch Position > Disable http://prntscr.com/s99055

    Rating based on customer reviews and can be added here – http://prntscr.com/s991c4 , go to Dashboard > Comments to delete demo reviews.

    Hello Team,

    I tried the steps you suggested but there is no OPTION which said SPECIFIC in the drop down menu – https://prnt.sc/s9c1vv check the screen shot.

    Is there no option to keep the SWATCH variations and maintain the alignment of the TABS.

    If it is not possible then if we can choose to show the products on SHOP page as like I went to edit the page with WP Page Builder and didn’t find option to edit element – https://prnt.sc/s9cev8 check the screen shot.

    Another section also I was not able to edit as seen on the second screen shot red boxed.

    1) Yes, you need to set desired products http://prntscr.com/s9kohz , like http://prntscr.com/s9koxg

    2) Swatches will disappear from products on Shop but will be available on the single product page.
    Or you can try to add the next code in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS:

    3) The shop is default WC page, an archive for products, and it can’t be edited using any builder. You can change default product sorting, for example, by rating – http://prntscr.com/s9kpyt Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Product catalog > Default Product Sorting.
