Not able to update themes, twenty fourteen etc

    Hello ,

    How are you…

    I have the Blanco Theme with woo commerce WP, and the theme is up to date with the latest version.
    However I keep getting this notice :

    ”Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could be the reason. Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize). See the system report for full details.”

    I have a bunch of templates over rides, and out of dates.
    I am not able to update the other themes Twenty Twelve/fourteen etc…I can’t delete them nor update them..?

    Could you please advice

    Also to pay for customization for my site what would the fee be , to get in and clean everything on the back end, such as old files and fixing the social media buttons and some other customizations?

    Hello Pernilla,

    our theme uses modified Woocommerce template files. That’s why versions of some theme files may be different and indicated by WordPress as outdated. It does not have influence on front-end so you may hide this notice.

    If you want to order additional customization – please provide us with admin and FTP access to your site and describe all your requests in private content. It would be helpful if you show us on a screenshot what you want to be done.

    Ok so I did hide that notice, I can still not update nor delete the ”rescue” themes twenty twelve etc….
    any advice?

    Yes as far as customization I will go through my site to see what I need and contact you in private content.

    Please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials in Private Content to check why the themes can’t be deleted.

    Hello,

    The login credentials to cpanel are incorrect. We can’t log in.
    Please check them or provide us with the access to FTP account.
    You can ask for it at your hosting provider.

    I’ve changed permissions for themes folder and have been able to delete Twenty Thirteen theme from wp-admin panel.
    Please check.
