Not able to use demo content and cant use header

Hi,

I have been trying different demo content and on my existing website but it demo content doesn’t appear properly specially the header cant use, I have following so far/

1) Disabled all plugin and then downloaded the demo
2) try to manually upload Jason header file does not work
3) changed default page with to various options like (Default, Full Width, Theme) no success.

I cant make use your theme on fresh website and got 3k plus products and it is for drop shipping website.

Please suggest me advance level of options which I can try, before giving you access.

I started creating header manually and it is too much time taking process.

If you would like to import a different demo header to your website, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to **XStore Builders > Header Builder** via Elementor.
2. Remove the condition from the existing header template (set for the entire site).
3. Click on **Add New**.
4. Import the desired header template.
5. Set the display condition to **Entire Site** and update the changes.

I have the same problem,
I imported the demo theme “lavender” and “header” does not appear to Elementor but only in CUSTOMIZER. This causes me 2 big problems
1. I can’t add the “mega menu” (it gives it to me as a page to click and not as a drop-down menu.
2. I can only modify it to a limited extent

how i can solve them?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.

If this doesn’t help, Please create new topic on our support forum and provide us with temporary wp-admin access to your site, and we will investigate the issue more thoroughly.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Dear 8Theme,

I think you are not getting the issue, we are not able to use any header even after downloading the any demo content and we did tried before different header to insert but it wont work.

Hope you are getting this as we can’t use any header or any demo content when we download.

1) Demo import gets 100% successfull
2) Header dont show
3) Demo Home page dont show
4) Demo Home page dont show the images which are dowloaded.

Current home page we have setup manually after downloading on testing domain we tried same for header by uploading the header jeson file but it doesn’t simply accept.

Somehow got the header after removing conditions from header and using Customizer header builder.

Please note that you can use only one header builder at a time, either via Elementor or the Customizer.
