Not able to use sliders! No response when i click “Add New Slide”

I would love to use the beautiful sliders template created by xStore, but there are no response when i choose to “Add New Slide”,i can only use with the xStore ‘s silders element for now,what should i do?i have the most update version and also clear all the cache.
(The problems in the uploaded file are solved,they shown normally after i clear the cache.)
