Not able to use the purchase code as I have purchased

    Not able to use the purchase code as I have purchased for the purpose of support. Both are bought by me itself

    As we can see from one of the licenses (the second one), your support period has expired. If you would like to continue receiving support for this license, please renew the support on Envato.

    Regarding the first purchase code, you can continue using it, and as we can see, you are already using it to contact support.
