Not all menu options visible to admin - by scorleo

Hi,

We have this weird issue where not all the menu options are visible to the other admins. I’m also the admin and I can see Products, Product Categories and many more menu options in Appearance –> Menu on the left side of the page but our other accounts with admin credentials have limited number of menu options.

Let me know if you need any other info…

Thanks Rose!

That was it, three of us spent hours trying to find that hidden option and pay for extended support, I don’t know why it’s not enabled by default.

In any case, since you are local we invite you to visit our warehouse in Manassas to smell our lovely oils we sell :).

Hello,

We don’t know. That option is WooCommerce option, not our theme option, so, we can do nothing to enable it by default. We think many users wrote them about this but it’s still disabled.
