Not Displaying Category Hierarchy in Shop Sidebar

Hi there,

Could you please assist me in resolving the hierarchy on the shop page and home page’s sidebar?

The following cases have been confirmed:
1. Enable Classic Widgets Panel is activated.
2. Erase the cache after checking the Product categories widget’s settings.

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.
Appearance > Widgets > Shop sidebar > Product categories widget > Show hierarchy

As I mentioned above, I examined the Product categories widget’s settings, and it’s already switched on.

Kindly please take the complete backup of your site, first.

And I also need your permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

Hello, @Ori,

Thanks for the access, I have checked your issue and found that the settings were set to fine already then I check the categories on your site and you don’t have any child categories all are the main categories on your site as you can see in this image of your site: https://postimg.cc/xX2tFpgR so it is why the child categories do not appear on the sidebar all you have to do is to add some child categories by assigning them their parent categories then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
