Not getting Theme update notification - by Umair1191

Hi, I am not getting theme Update notification in my Dashboard -> Updates but xStore Core plugin continues asking to update XStore theme to 6.2.6 version. Please advise.
Also I am getting 2 XStore themes in my Appearance -> Themes, why I am getting 2 themes?
The one which is active and I am working on is not latest but which I got another one is latest version 6.2.6 please advise me on this.

Hi,

Please send:

– FTP info (server, username, password, port)
– Admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password)

I will check this problem for you.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering.
You have renamed theme folder and it caused your issue. If you renamed theme then autoupdate method won’t work for you. Use only FTP method to update theme next time.
Check site now.
